Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket, registering, or attending the Elite Gaming Fest ("Event"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and legally compliant experience for all participants.

1. General Event Rules

  1. The Event is organized and managed by Iclix Ltd Pty ("Organizers").
  2. The Event may include competitive gaming, live entertainment, exhibitions, and related activities.
  3. The Organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant for inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe behavior without refund.

2. Age Restrictions & Parental Consent

  1. The Event is open to all ages; however, certain competitions may have minimum age requirements as per game rating and tournament rules.
  2. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
  3. By allowing a child to attend, the parent or guardian grants full consent to their participation and appearance in event recordings and broadcasts.

3. Photography, Filming & Live Streaming

  1. The Event will be recorded, photographed, and live-streamed across various platforms, including but not limited to Twitch, YouTube, and social media.
  2. By attending, you consent to being filmed, photographed, and recorded, and you grant the Organizers the full, unrestricted right to use your likeness, voice, and gameplay footage for promotional, archival, and commercial purposes, worldwide and in perpetuity, without compensation.
  3. Parents and guardians acknowledge that children’s faces may be shown on stream, in photographs, and in post-event media. Attendance at the Event constitutes consent to such use.

4. Streaming & Broadcasting

  1. All official live streaming is managed by the Organizers.
  2. Attendees may capture and share personal photos and videos for non-commercial purposes, provided they do not disrupt gameplay or interfere with official broadcasting.

5. Health & Safety

  1. Attendees are responsible for their own health and safety.
  2. The Organizers are not liable for any injury, illness, or loss sustained during the Event unless caused by gross negligence.
  3. Certain games may contain flashing lights or visual effects that could trigger photosensitive epilepsy.

6. Code of Conduct

  1. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, cheating, or unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated.
  2. Violations may result in removal from the Event and/or banning from future events.

8. Liability

  1. The Organizers accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
  2. Participation in the Event, including competitive play, is at your own risk.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By attending the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
